🌟 Today is World Mental Health Day (10th Octobe

🌟 Today is World Mental Health Day (10th October), and I want to share our journey with you.

After working closely with @movember and @gentlemansride on our mental health workshops aimed at helping men in their middle years develop positive coping mechanisms for negative mental health, we were reminded that no matter how it may seem from the outside, people still struggle on the inside, where it feels like there's nowhere else to turn. 😔

Tragically, we lost one of our project leads, Peter Hawkins, last November. It was a devastating blow, and it made us realise that we needed to lift off the gas to look after our own mental health. Pete was not only a colleague but a close friend of over 30+ years, and his loss hit hard. 💔

Pete was a talented writer and had a knack for spotting talent. He loved @motogp and paid particular attention to Moto2 and Moto3, often predicting the next world champion even before the season started. He worked hard on the write-ups for the races, including the BSB rounds, as well as helping write the workshops and keeping me on track with my long list of tasks.

Even though we're no longer funded by Movember and the DGR social connections challenge, we believe it's essential to continue helping men, women, and children who suffer in silence get the support they need.

I am personally Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) trained by the fantastic team at @mhmotorbike. Please reach out to me or the MHMB team on our social media platforms if you or someone you know needs assistance. You're never alone in this journey. 💙

After 20 rounds from around the world, the MotoGP season concluded on Sunday at Valenciana, Alex Rins took the last win of the year in Suzuki's last race in class. But it was Pecco that took the championship after a hard-fought season with only a 17pt gap to last year's world champion Fabio Quartararo.

Augusto Fernandez was crowned the 2022 Moto2 World champion, and Izan Guevara stamped his authority on the championship he had already claimed weeks earlier.

So here it is... The 2022 MotoGP Finale at Valenci

So here it is... The 2022 MotoGP Finale at Valencia.

With 19 rounds in the books, it's come down to the final race to crown our 2022 World champion. We have had 7 different race winners from 5 different countries, and 6 different manufacturers win this season. Honda was the only engine manufacturer not to win a race, but Marc missed a considerable chunk of the season due to injury. With Marc back, we are looking forward to some sensational battles in 2023.

With 25 points available for a win and 23 points between first and second places, it's going to take the race of a lifetime from Fabio and a total disaster for Pecco for these tables to be turned. We can't wait.

It took a hot minute to get the reports for the San Marino MotoGP round, but Pecco Bagnaia was at it again on the factory Ducati, this time it was so close you need to see it to believe it. In Moto2, Alonso Lopez is on the rise and in Moto3, Dennis Foggia helped his championship with the win.
