We had the British @WorldSBK round this weekend at Donington Park with some mixed weather but #ThisIsEngland
It was nice of @abautista19 to hand the championship lead to @jonathan_rea at his home race but I’m sure he will be working hard to take it back as soon as possible.
Race 1 had an all British podium. The Superpole race was red-flagged due to oil on the track had 6 retirements including Tom Sykes took a tumble whilst in second after the race had been called off but as he couldn’t get the bike back to Parc Ferme he was classified as a Retired. Race 2 was yet another thrilling encounter from lights-out to the chequered flag with Jonathan Rea coming out on top after a tough scrap with @toprak_tr54 (Toprak Razgatlioglu)
