After yesterday false start, this is attempt number 2 to get this right… @shaunsimpson24 did overcome his double mechanical failure with 2 wins this weekend at Hawkestone Park. His only problem was that his main rival finished 2nd in both races so he only managed to claw back 6 points in the @maxxisbritishmx MX1 Championship.

This race marked the return for @jgn45 (Jake Nicholls), who suffered complications after an accident last September where he broke his tibia.
Congratulations on your podium in your returning weekend. Jake picked up 33 points out of a maximum 50 but with only 2 rounds left in the championship, we are looking forward to great things from him next season.
