Congratulations are in order, we have a new winner in the @OfficialBSB with @andrewirwin8 taking his first win of the season… But what happened to Scott Redding, I hear you ask… Well in race 1 he picked up a podium but in race 2 a mistake on lap 3 saw him run on at Club. He did not re-join the race correctly and was given a long lap penalty, the equivalent of 15 seconds. That dropped him down to 22nd and outside of the points.
Scott Redding is now only leading the championship by 20 points to his teammate Josh Brookes… what a great season of racing so far.
@OfficialBSB set a new record this weekend at Thruxton with a 40k fans turning out. It just goes to show how good the racing has been this year.
