Profile
Honey Cafe
Our cafe was established in 1933 by our Grandmother, Glynwen in what was originally a malt house and brewery. During the 60s the cellar was home to the honey cavern a live music night club for the local area. In 1994 we introduced the texmex menu which was a huge success and today we are still providing good food and service at reasonable prices, whilst being eco-conscious, keeping the business well maintained and remaining faithful to our roots.
You can find us at the heart of the Black Mountains over looking the Brecon Beacons national park. Just 7 miles from the famous book town of Hay-on-wye. Cosy interior in the winter months surrounded by original paintings and enjoy the spectacular views from our sheltered, peaceful terrace in the warmer months.
Situated just off the main road we are easy to find and we offer a large car park situated at the front of the building with ramps for disabled access. We also offer disabled toilet facilities and baby changing.
